What is Mandalorian season 1 about?

The Mandalorians are an ancient warrior culture that originated on the planet Mandalore. They traditionally wore masks with long horns and fought with ritual sabers. After the New Sith Wars, some followers of Mandalore’s religion went into hiding to preserve their beliefs. One such group, known as the Mandalorian Protectors, was hired by the Jedi to protect younglings during the Clone Wars.

After the rise of the Galactic Empire and the end of the Clone Wars, the Mandalorian Protectors were scattered. Some joined the Rebel Alliance while others followed Boba Fett, an infamous bounty hunter and clone of Jango Fett, to the independent world of Mandalore. After Boba helped establish a New Mandalorian society, he was murdered by agents of the Empire for failing to cooperate with their relocation efforts.

While the formal Mandalorian society crumbled, individual Mando warriors continued to operate across the galaxy. They became Bounty Hunters and mercenaries and were often hired by the Empire to hunt down Rebel cells. Some, like Sabine Wren, fought against the Empire as members of the Rebel Alliance.

Mandalorian Season 1 follows the story of a new generation of Mandalorians who are fighting to protect their home from the Galactic Empire. The season begins with the death of Boba Fett and the dissolution of the New Mandalorian society. It will follow a group of independent bounty hunters who band together to protect their own, striving for what’s right in a galaxy that seems to have left them behind.

Mandalorian is produced by Jon Favreau (Iron Man, The Avengers), Dave Filoni (Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars Rebels), and Kathleen Kennedy (Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Jurassic World).

The series is written by Favreau, Filoni, and art director Justin Ridge. It stars Pedro Pascal (Narcos) in the lead role of “The Mandalorian,” with Gina Carano (Deadpool), Carl Weathers (Predator), Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad), Emily Swallow (Supernatural), Omid Abtahi (American Gods), and Werner Herzog (Grizzly Man).

Is Baby Yoda actually Yoda?

Baby Yoda is not actually Yoda. In a new episode of the Star Wars Disney+ series, “The Mandalorian”, it is revealed that Baby Yoda is actually Grogu.

In the episode, it is shown that Baby Yoda was found by Grogu when he was washing up on a sandbank in the river. Grogu takes Baby Yoda home to his family and raises him as an adoptive son.

Grogu’s daughter, Marnie Plo, later discovers that Baby Yoda is Force-sensitive and she begins training him in the ways of the Force.

It is not clear what happened to Baby Yoda after the death of Grogu, but it is assumed that he continued to live with Marnie Plo and her family.
